Acceleration of concentration processes and scale growth of industrial production are one of the current objective trends. Existing tendencies of economy development confirm the necessity of concentration processes and scale growth of industrial enterprises of machine-building complex. Today concentration of industrial production is objectively connected with intensification of innovative development of industry in machine-building complex and oligopolization of the markets.
