HUMAN CAPITAL INFLUENCE ON LABOUR PRODUCTIVITY IN POSTCRISIS PERIOD

Abstract

Relationship between investments in human capital and labour productivity under conditions of world financial crisis 2008 - 2009s impact is considered. Human capital formed in education system, was considered as the major factor of knowledge economy. Availability of production funds and educational level of employed population are defined as primary factors. General tendency to recession on two considered parametres was revealed that was a consequence of financial crisis in Russia.
