WORLD PRACTICES OF AGGREGATED INDICATORS USE IN THE ESTIMATION OF RESULTS AND EFFICIENCY OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

The review of world practices of aggregated indicators use in estimation of results and efficiency of social development is presented in the article. National and international indicators systems of living standard are considered. Special attention is paid to alternative indicators relative to gross national product. As a result the conclusion is made, that for the present moment there is no generally accepted system of indicators to estimate life quality and ecological environment in the world practice. And the existing indicators have a number of serious lacks and do not reflect the efficiency of social development in a complex.Downloads
