Abstract

Management of innovative process on the level of managing subjects which demands the development of modern effective tools and procedures of strategic and investment decision-making is considered in the article. Managing subjects are constantly facing necessity of strategic planning and introduction of independent innovation. One of the most effective tools of innovative management is strategic flow charts.
