Abstract

Regional securities market should have special role in investment process activization. It gives real possibility to maintain flexible inter-branch redistribution of investment resources, the greatest possible inflow of internal and external investments in domestic enterprises, formations of necessary conditions for stimulation of capital accumulation and transformation of savings into investment.
