Abstract

Changes in the social and economic, political and ecological situation in the course of forecasting structural dynamics of a regional economic complex (RHK) should influence the mechanism of state regulation at a level through transformation of operating parameters and, as a result, changes in all systems of predicted economic indicators. In such conditions it is extremely important to define a range of stability of economic system during the changes of external factors, to reveal and estimate critical situations which can arise in the anticipated period.
