Abstract

Various elements of educational process mechanism, including the ones concerning the state, business and individuals are considered in the article. All these elements have quite certain differences in their importance in the given process and affect the mechanism. It is representative that the work concerns not only the operating mechanism statement in educational sphere, but besides a number of suggestions on its perfection are presented
