Abstract

The general feature of management now is that the normative basis of management is destroyed. The system of rates applied earlier and specifications which substantially reflected developed internal and an environment, does not reflect present conditions, and the new system of rates and specifications is not created. It is represented, that in modern conditions should, most widely be used the situational approach and the approach on the basis of monitoring, that is revealings of the analysis of the developed tendencies.
