During the years of reforms in the share of the world's gross product Russia turned out to be thrown away for many years backwards. There was a massive structural disbalance and a disbalance in the sources of raw materials. Taking into account the given situation there must be the measures to take to provide complex, innovative development and rebuild scientific and technical potential. The ability to become competitive in the national economy of Russia must be the main task of the government and be carried out on the basis of the strategic complex program.Downloads
