International Monetary Fund (IMF) is an inter-government organization, set for the regulation of monetary relations between member-governments and rendering them financial assistance in monetary difficulties. Shareholders of the fund and its administration couldn't react to the rapid changes in the global economy. Where as functions, which IMF exclusively performed at the end of the 1990-s (a creditor of the last instance and a counselor in the field of the economic policy) are not in high demand nowadays and are unlikely to be in demand in future.Downloads
