Abstract

The motivation is one of the most important factors of production. Enterprise economic organisations should find forms and methods of coordination of enterprise purposes with collective and private personnel interests. In that case, achieving the general successes in the work of all enterprise, each worker feels that thereby he also meets his personal challenge.
