Abstract

The primary goal of the Russian economy in the near future is the transition to economic development model due to economy diversification and investing-innovative sources expansions of its growth. Investments play an important role in solving social and economic problems in the Orel region. At present the regional economic potential has all necessary production and human resources for successful fulfillment of investment activity.
