Abstract

Financial - economic crisis about which we often hear for the last some months has inherently become global, having captured dozens of countries in the world community, including Russia. According to well-known politicians and scientists, crisis began in the USA which brought practically all leading countries of the world to crisis following their economic and financial authority. It could not bypass Russia which has also faced with many difficulties.
