Assessment of Influence of Financial Risks on the Industrial Enterprise Activity

Abstract

According to the economic realities, financial activity of various managing subjects is directly connected with risks. Functioning efficiency of an industrial enterprise appreciably depends on the ability to manage financial risks. The urgency of the work is stipulated by the necessity to define the degree of influence of financial risks on the enterprise activity of public corporation “Gamma”. The study of the problem is a basic element of the theory and management practice at the enterprise. In the article theoretical bases of risks characteristic are considered. Financial risks which can arise in the process of the industrial enterprise activity are estimated and the ways to manage them with the use of quantitative risks analysis are presented. The characteristic of financial risks is given and actions to minimize their influence on the industrial enterprise “Gamma” activity in Orel region are suggested. The research objective was estimation of financial risks influence on the changes of the enterprise cash flows movement and improvement of its financial condition. The carried out analysis allows the authors making a conclusion that it is necessary for industrial enterprise “Gamma” to carry out the active policy on prices formation and to watch the change of the factors influencing increase of the volumes of money resources according to the current activity of the enterprise.
