Abstract

The market is a necessary condition of economically free state. The modern market economy represents the most complicated organism consisting of huge quantity of various industrial, commercial, financial and information structures, cooperating on a background of the branched out system of rules of law of business, and united unified concept - the market. Advantages of market system find confirmation in the analysis of functioning. Two of them deserve special attention: efficiency of distribution of resources and freedom. The argument against market system is a little more complex. Critics admit, that the capitalist ideology supposes and even stimulates fading the main control mechanism - competition.
