Анализ персонализированного обслуживания гостей в гостиницах Вьетнама

Введение. Туризм и гостиничная отрасль во Вьетнаме продолжают быстро развиваться, что связано с ростом как международного, так и внутреннего туризма. Однако, несмотря на значительный потенциал, индустрия сталкивается с определёнными проблемами, включая недостаточную степень внедрения технологий и персонализированного обслуживания. Цель данного исследования состоит в анализе уровня применения персонализированных услуг в гостиницах Вьетнама, в выявлении факторов, ограничивающих внедрение таких услуг, а также в разработке рекомендаций для продвижения персонализации в гостиничной индустрии. Методы. Исследование проводилось на основе анализа отзывов клиентов о гостиницах во Вьетнаме. Были использованы методы анализа и обработки данных, статистического исследования, аналитический метод отечественной и иностранной научной литературы, метод наблюдения, анализ отзывов и глубинные интервью. Результаты. Несмотря на признание важности персонализированного обслуживания большинством гостиниц, его внедрение ограничено из-за нехватки технологий и квалифицированных кадров. Персонализация, включая рекомендации по выбору номера и индивидуализированное приветствие, активно используется в гостиницах 4-5 звёзд в крупных городах, в то время как в гостиницах низшей категории её применение минимально. Выводы. Для успешного внедрения персонализации необходимо увеличить инвестиции в технологии, улучшить управление данными клиентов и совершенствовать квалификацию сотрудников. Всё это будет способствовать повышению конкурентоспособности и формированию позитивного клиентского опыта в условиях восстановления туризма во Вьетнаме.Скачивания
