Conceptual Provisions for Formation of Balanced Economic Development Policy in the Region

Balanced regional development is a cornerstone in the strive for equitable economic progress and social well-being. It is aimed to mitigate regional differences by promoting even distribution of resources, infrastructure and opportunities across different geographical areas within the region. It acts as a framework for addressing socio-economic inequality and promoting sustainable development, refers to integrated approach aimed at reducing regional differences by promoting equitable growth and includes strategies, ensuring that economic, social and infrastructural development opportunities are distributed fairly across the region, thereby contributing to overall regional development and the creation of sustainable economy and dynamic community. This kind of regional development is crucial to promote the inclusive growth of a particular region, providing access to development opportunities, reducing socio-economic inequality, stability and cohesion in society, and sustainable economic growth using the region's potential and its unique strengths. The article considers the main results of implementation of balanced development policy of the region. The key principles of forming integrated approach to the balanced development of territories and the main directions of key strategies for regional development are identified. System of indicators for calculating the integral coefficient of sustainable growth of the region is proposed.Downloads
