Generation Algorithm of the Development Strategy for the University Scientific and Innovative Activities

To improve the efficiency of universities, it is necessary to apply modern management methods in generation and implementation of development strategies in higher school system. Under conditions of political instability, risks of operational adjustments in decision-making, prioritization of raising national values in science, upbringing, history, culture and education, the meaningful part of the strategy includes improving project, infrastructure, and youth work. The purpose of the study is to develop scientific, methodological and practical approaches to generation of the development strategy of the university scientific and innovative activities based on structured algorithm. The research methodology is based on the use of strategizing methods, system analysis, and indicative approach. The result is presentation of a model structure version of the development strategy of the university scientific and innovative activities, including specific areas of development and evaluating indicators for effectiveness of their implementation, accounting, risk assessment and measures to eliminate (prevent) them, and planned implementation indicators of the development direction of scientific and innovative activities. The following areas of development are highlighted: project activities, publishing activities, modernization of scientific and innovative infrastructure, work on dissertation research implementation, and implementation of scientific and innovative youth initiatives. The author's proposals and recommendations will form the basis for generation of strategies for the universities scientific and innovative development.Downloads
