Labour Productivity in the Russian Economy

Abstract

Today labour productivity growth both at the economy level as a whole, and a separate person occupied in production is one of the actual directions. Modern tendencies of productivity modern lines are defined both by realization of certain initiatives of the government of the Russian Federation, and influence of external factors including crisis in the world economy and complex epidemiological situation in the world. In the article various aspects and tendencies of labour productivity are considered. The authors analyzes dynamics indicators of total internal production in Russia, productivity at the world, federal and branch levels, and makes conclusions concerning further development of labour processes and indicators of labour productivity. Special attention is paid to the development problems of public catering in the Russian economy. Features and prospects are defined, and PEST-analysis of the factors influencing development of hotels and public catering establishments of Russia is presented. Also criteria of achievement of high results of labour activity at level of the separate worker are allocated.
