Abstract

The article discusses initiative budgeting for tourism industry. It is determined how this form can be introduced into projects that do not belong to the list of obligatory, determining the conditions of comfortable living of the local population. Areas of interest of all parties that may be involved in tourist projects are fixed and marked. The conclusion is made about the necessity for balanced system approach to formation of related structures between evaluated parameters of separate interest areas of all parties within the framework of initiative budgeting.
