Social and Economic Transformations in Russia (System-Institutional Approach)

Russia's transition to sustainable development and building of post-industrial society implies economic growth due to intensive development of the real sector of the economy based on innovative technologies, use of new management methods and development of new game rules (institutions). We are still on the path of reforming socio-economic relations. Old institutions have largely lost their role, and the new ones have not been fully formed yet. There are many reasons for this. Firstly, not enough time has passed for their rebirth and transformation. Secondly, there is inefficient use of allocated funds to create new institutions. Thirdly, there is no logically united and structured socio-economic policy. Fourth, the proposed projects for the reconstruction of socio-economic life are created in the absence of necessary legal framework and their low effectiveness is exacerbated by insufficient quality of on the state leadership. All these create organizational and managerial failures that disharmonize the reform process in Russia.Downloads
