The problem of effectiveness increase of state economic policy at the expense of economic growth on the basis of business activity growth through competitiveness strengthening is now being actualized. Under conditions of limited financial resources and technologies entrepreneurial structures of the Russian Federation have complex challenges to modernize production and increase their competitiveness. Therefore the questions of competition influence on the enterprise activity in the regions are of great value.
