INNOVATIVE TOOLS IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Professional intuition in management applies, on the one hand, to the category of innovative tools and method of the problems solution by means of momentary subconscious conclusion and, on the other hand, it is one of the least clear phenomena and a riddle for the majority of experts - psychologists and managers. The objective of this research is studying of the methods of intuition development under modern managing conditions. In the work scientific views of different scientists and experts on the concept ‘intuition’ are analyzed, and numerous components of the studied concept are defined: profitableness increase of the developed projects, quality and anticipation of global force-majeure social and economic risks, generation of creative idea. Correlation of intuition and rational knowledge is revealed. Manager’s abilities such as to be creative, to think right away and to make important business decisions in no time allow pursuing a preemptive tactic, developing innovative ideas, successfully co-operating without gathering of huge data file and making qualitative and effective administrative decisionsDownloads
