The problem of programs realization of affordable housing building against the background of absence of integration methodology of the state and economy subjects have recently become more urgent. The integration principles of the state and the subjects of investment-construction sphere and a basis of human-oriented economy are suggested. The conclusion is made that new type partnership functioning in construction will allow raising efficiency of national projects realization during economy modernization.Downloads
