Increasing mobility of the population during globalization epoch raised the value of migration factor in economic and international relations considerably. Migration represents the process of manpower transfer from one country to another, first of all for the purpose of employment with more favourable conditions, than in the native country. The concept of migratory processes regulation represents measures aimed at the maintenance and guidelines for action of public authorities of the Russian Federation in the field of migratory processes management and includes characteristic of modern migratory situation, purpose, principles and problems of migratory processes regulation, basic guidelines and, of course, the realization mechanism.Downloads
