Global social and economic transformations put the questions of the role and place of the state and public institutes in the market economy regulation sharply. Now, there is no finished system of public organizations which represent the interests of enterprise community in its dialogue with the state in our country, many interaction mechanisms of business and the state are not worked off and are not consolidated by legal documents.Downloads
