Change of the phases of innovative cycles (birth, growth, crisis and depression) predetermines the necessity of search of the tools allowing to carry out the anticyclic policy and to operate innovative processes effectively. Thereupon the purpose of the article is to study and to characterize the activities, directions and tools of the state innovative policy according to the stages of innovative cycle.Downloads
