Dynamics of Economic Growth under Conditions of Institutional Transformation of the Economy of Russia

The dynamics analysis of the rates of economic development of the world leading countries testifies that the world economy is in the stagnation phase which is characterized by essential slowdown of economic growth. The number of institutional reasons constraining the world market development are new trading barriers, uncertainty of strategic prospects in geopolitics and low growth of labour productivity in technologically developed countries. Under these conditions developing economies get the chance to provide accelerated growth at the expense of innovative technologies borrowing. Thus the forecasts of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation assume slowdown of the growth rates of the economy of Russia in the nearest prospect up to 2-3 % a year. One of the key factors of Russian economy stagnation is absence of clear-cut economic policy aimed at attraction and effective use of investment resources.Downloads
