Internal Labour Migration and its Influence on the Regional Labour Markets

Labour migration influences regional labour markets in Russia greatly. Internal migration The main plays the main role in migratory processes in the country. Internal migration essentially influences redistribution of manpower number of the regions of Russia. Being the natural phenomenon of market economy, internal migration leads to certain negative processes, in particular, to outflow of the population from important strategic value regions. Under these conditions management of migratory processes is an important problem at federal and regional levels. It is especially actual for the regions with natural loss and migratory outflow of the population. Effective regulation of internal labour migration presupposes definition of the primary factors influencing migratory processes, working out of the regulation tools of inter-regional movement of manpower. In the article tendencies and factors of inter-regional labour migration are analyzed.Downloads
