ECONOMIC BASES OF THE NONCOMMERCIAL ORGANIZATIONS FUNCTIONING IN THE SPHERE OF SERVICES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMS)

Abstract

The urgency of the theme is stipulated by the fact that under conditions of globalization of world economy and dynamical development of foreign trade the importance of customs services quality increases. The term of customs procedures and financial costs of exporters and importers depend on the quality of customs services. Therefore the question of improvement of the customs services quality becomes rather actual. High quality of customs services accelerates and simplifies the processes of customs registration and customs control, thus reducing the costs of the participants of foreign trade activities. In the article the customs authorities are considered as nonprofit state organizations. At the same time they are compared with nonprofit nongovernment bodies. Besides, the basic problem of providing services by nonprofit state organizations is discussed. It is absence of economic profit
