Abstract

Appearance of a considerable quantity of proprietors of land and availability of agricultural commodity producers of various forms of ownership because of land privatization, the problems of farm management for the regions are sharp as never before, and their effective solution is impossible without realization of state monitoring of land. The monitoring system will promote effective farmland management. It can provide operative information on the land areas occupied with agricultural crops and unused land, and it will also provide effective state landed supervision of use and protection of land. This system will promote efficiency increase of economic policy development at regional level.
