Abstract

The article deals with the enterprise structure of the market, indicators of production and economic activity of the heating supply organizations, the size of payments collected from population for heating supply services. It has become obvious that Volgograd heating energy sector represents monopolistic market structure with lots of boiler stations of low production potential.
