WORKING OUT OF STRATEGIC PRIORITIES OF CUSTOMS-TARIFF REGULATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION

In article on the basis of the analysis of the foreign trade activities the priorities of a trade policy of Russia in the conditions of modern processes of globalization have been defined. The comparative analysis of development of standard-legal base of foreign trade activities has been carried out, the conclusion about its incompleteness has been made and ways of development within the limits of model of the closed market economy have offered. In the presented work it has been proved that transition from a fiscal direction of customs duties to a priority of its regulating function should become the most important direction of development of a customs-tariff policy of the Russian FederationDownloads
