NETWORK MODEL OF SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The article deals with the efficiency increase problem of special economic zones as non-financial development tool of innovative economy and gives the definition of the specified concept. The network model necessity of special economic zones organization as centres of state, science and business interests coordination is justified, where It would be possible to develop ways and technologies of innovative processes forcing on the basis of mutually advantageous cooperation in such centres. The absorption principle of transaction costs by preferential treatment, which is the basis for joining special economic zones in a net and which allows the state to use mechanisms of fine tuning in economy, is developed.
